Product Designer

Design the product that brands and 160,000 creators use to run creator marketing.

About Launchpoint

Launchpoint runs creator campaigns end to end: sourcing, briefing, review, tracking, and payouts. Brands like Uber, Capital One, Kalshi, Dr Pepper, and Higgsfield use it to put hundreds of creators to work at once and see exactly what each video did.

More than 160,000 verified creators are on the platform.

The role

Launchpoint is two products at once. Brands use it to brief, review, and measure hundreds of creators at a time, and they expect the rigor of a paid-media dashboard. Creators use it on their phones to find work, film, submit, and get paid. Both sides have to feel fast, obvious, and trustworthy.

You will own the product's design end to end: the flows, the system underneath them, and the details people notice without knowing why. You will work directly with engineers who ship the same day, so what you design is live in hours, not quarters.

This role is for someone with real taste who would rather shape a whole product than polish one corner of a large one.

What you'll do

  • Own design across the brand dashboard, the creator mobile app, and the marketing site.
  • Take problems from a messy customer conversation to a shipped, measured flow, without a PM in between.
  • Make dense data easy to read: campaign performance, creator analytics, review queues, and payouts.
  • Build and maintain the design system in Figma, and keep it in step with the components in code.
  • Design AI-native workflows, where the product does the work and the interface shows what happened and why.
  • Use AI tools every day to prototype, explore, and ship faster than a traditional design process allows.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years designing software products that shipped and that people use every day.
  • A portfolio that shows taste and depth: interaction, visual, and systems work, not just final screens.
  • Expert Figma. Components, variables, auto layout, and prototypes are second nature.
  • AI-forward in how you work. You prototype in code or with tools like Claude, Cursor, or v0, and you know where AI belongs in a product and where it doesn't.
  • Comfort with dense, data-heavy B2B interfaces as well as consumer mobile.
  • High standards and high speed at the same time. You don't trade one for the other.

Nice to have

  • Time at a fintech, adtech, or marketplace company, or a consumer app known for its craft.
  • You write front-end code well enough to ship your own polish.
  • Motion, brand, or illustration work alongside product design.
  • Experience as the first or only designer at a fast-growing startup.

Compensation

$160k – $220k base salary and up to 1% equity. Where you land in the band depends on experience and the scope you take on.

Benefits

  • Unlimited PTO
  • Health insurance
